Transportation to the Meeting Facility

Taxicab: Participants are encouraged to take a taxi from the hotel to the Potomac Center Plaza Building.

Parking: Limited parking is located on the lower level of the Potomac Center Plaza Building. The daily rate is $17.00.

Metro: The Potomac Center Plaza Building is accessible by Metro from the following stations:

Smithsonian Station - Exit from the Blue and Orange Line on Independence Avenue. Proceed south on 12th Street, SW. (6-minute walk to Potmac Center Plaza Building)

L'Enfant Plaza Station - Exit from the Blue, Orange, Yellow and Green Lines on D Street. Proceed West on D Street, SW and then South on 12th Street, SW. (6-minute walk to Potmac Center Plaza Building)

Security Information

You will be subject to a metal detector screening at the ED offices. Visitors will be required to show one (1) form of identification (a government-issued photo ID—driver's license, passport, green card, etc.) and state the purpose of their visit to gain access to the building.


Due to federal regulations, refreshments will not be provided.
Attendees are encouraged to obtain breakfast prior to the meeting. A small deli, Starbucks, and Potbelly (sandwiches) are located in close proximity to the building. In addition, there is a small snack counter in the building where attendees can purchase sandwiches and beverages for lunch and afternoon snacks.
